Preliminary remarksThe Degree in Environmental Sciences is organized in five years, according to a "three plus two" year model. Graduates get the title of "Doctor in Environmental Sciences". Three different specialistic curricula are offered: Atmospheric, Marine, Terrestrial. A transformation in progress, will allow students to receive a "Diploma" title at the end of the first three years formation period. Teaching activity is organized in "modules" (M). Each "module" corresponds to "40 hours", class and practice. A module can be further divided in two "20 hour units". During the three years of base formation students have to pass 19 exams, and during the biennium of specialization 10 exams. Credits are attached to each annual course or module. |
